Hello all you fellow Basketball fans and political junkies
My name is Francis Gorbett hailing from the beautiful city on the rebound Cleveland, Ohio. While we host the legendary Lebron James we also have great spirit for the pride in team sports. This is a city that hails the likes of Jim Brown, Jesse Owens, Steinbrenner, Clark Kellog, Bob Feller and more. Our current politics can be compared to a game in which the referees have been bought, the game is fixed. Vegas has been calling us dead for a while but we know like a James, Jordan comeback, Barack Obama has the ball with five seconds left and is going in strong. My point is we can't be divided.....we also need people to register to vote so if you're reading this, tell five people you know to register to vote in novemember. Forget basketball for a minute. We have a chance to begin the world anew again to qoute THomas Paine and to elect the first african-ameriacan president!!! this is important!!!!!

The funny thing is that this election in many ways (my opinion) isn't even about Obama. It's about whether or not we're ready to enter a new age. It's not about whether voters are sure about Obama. It's about whether voters feel sure about themselves. "Am I ready to enter a new age?"
I'm with you, we're in a new age already. It's upon us already. It's upon us whether we go kicking screaming into it, or not. Just because someone doesn't understand the new age doesn't mean it won't happen.
